VERMEER ALL ROADS - PARTS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


Criteria For Return/Exchange:
  • Must have proof of purchase
  • Must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of original purchase
  • Must be in original packaging and in resalable condition
  • All returns must be approved by the Parts, Aftermarket or Branch Manager.
  • Request for return should be submitted to the respective branch parts department.
  • All requests must include the necessary information along with the physical parts or photos.
  • Returns cannot be processed until all items have been inspected and approved.
Disqualifiers For Return/Exchange:
  • Any of the criteria above not met
  • Special-ordered, non-returnable classed items
  • Installed, Damaged, Used or Weathered items
  • Electrical and Electronic items
  • All arborist gear is non-returnable
Faulty/Defective Parts:
  • Any part found to have a manufactured defect may be exchanged
  • Installed parts found to have a manufacturer defect must be processed as a warranty claim and are subject to approval/denial by the manufacturer, at which time credit will be issued.
Return/Exchange Restocking Charges:
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Freight, shipping, and handling charges are non-refundable
